They were about an hour late, and did not really think much about it. This was significant because it was over 100 degrees the day before and was going to be the same that day.

We brought them in back in Oct. to get our heat back, now here we are months later on the warm end and the A/C fires up FAST and keeps us MUCH cooler than last year. Thanks, guys!!

Appointments was kept on time. Mike had to troubleshoot previous work that was done. I had electrical work done that was wrong with another company during the winter. It was explained to me, what was wrong and the the problem was fixed. A/C is running great. I was also given a senior discount, which was great.

Our problem was limited to ignition of the furnace system,but the tech was knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. He answered all my questions and was very comfortable when I hung out during the repair to watch his work. Compared to previous HVAC company experiences, the end bill was very reasonable.

HVAC went out about a month ago and I attempted to diagnose the problem by switching out the thermostat, as that solved a similar situation, in a different house, once before. Well, it didn’t work. lol I submit a quote at the last minute through Angie's List and Jeff called within 5 minutes and scheduled a tech to come to my home within the hour. Mike showed up and was very respectful of my home and space. Unfortunately, my thermostat and furnace is upstairs, the unit/heat pump is outside in the backyard, and the breaker is out front. Needless to say he got a lot of exercise. There were a lot of little problems that needed to be fixed before he was able to get to the main problem of why my heater wasn’t working. Mike communicated the problems and provided recommendations and was overall a pleasant tech despite the difficulty in trying to figure out what was the underlying problem. Thankfully, after about 2.5 hours, ($100/hr) the heater was working again. Should any future problems arise, I will call upon this company again. I was referred to and called Advanced Comfort Air Solutions for a service call on my furnace system. They were prompt to reply as well as send a technician out the same day. Fortunately it was a minor repair and replacement of a minor part. The customer service was exceptional as well as the quality of work. They were professional and the repair was done within the hour. I would highly recommend anyone that needs service or replacement of an HVAC System to call them. They are an honest and family owned business.

They came in on Friday to provide me a very reasonable estimate and came on Monday to prepare for removal of old system. Installed on Tuesday and passed inspection on Wednesday. Very smooth process and easy to work with!

We were cold over here when the heater decided to give us the finger. Calling these guys gave us a finger to salute back with and we’re warm again within an hour with some new parts. When you’re looking for a mad dog to sick on your heat/AC problem, you’ll do well with these guys!

I spent days troubleshooting what I thought was a wiring issue with a new thermostat, which had crippled our HVAC system. I finally gave up and had Advanced Comfort come take a look. Within minutes, Mike diagnosed the issue, which turned out to be a small proprietary fuse on the furnace circuit board that had blown. He tracked down the hard-to-find part and replaced it, sticking around to cycle the system and make sure everything ran smoothly. It was frustrating to need the help, but I never would’ve diagnosed the problem without them. From the time of our first contact to project completion, it was less than four hours. Highly recommended.

I had already called another company and was advised that I needed a complete HVAC system replacement and that my old system was unfixable. I then contacted Advanced Comfort, they sent a technician out and verified that the unit should be replaced but that he could get my ac running until they could schedule me for system upgrade. Advanced Comfort gave me a quote, which was very competitive and got me nearly 4,000 dollars in smud rebates which made them significantly less expensive than their competitor. They also got my old system up and running for a week until they were able to replace my old unit with a new high efficiency unit. I found their technician to be experienced and knowledgeable. I had a totally positive experience with Jeff and his crew (Jose, Daniel and Roy). Jeff knew I was working within a certain time frame and he was able to get the job done and done well. The crew was prompt and worked steady until the job was complete. I had a new AC unit (replaced a 10 yr old unit), furnace (replaced a 30-40 yr old unit), coil and attic fan (very old) replaced. All was done in one day. The guys were careful and cleaned up nicely. Jeff is honest and very committed to customer satisfaction. His prices are reasonable, but moreover, I didn't feel like he was trying to over sell his products. He's conscientious and careful to make sure his work is to code. I highly recommend Jeff and his company!

It’s the second day of North Sacramento Summer and our a/c was blowing out hot air. I am currently 8 months pregnant and Jeff was such a lifesaver. My experience with Advanced Comfort Air Solutions started and finished with white glove service: quick initial contact, schedule flexibility, thorough communication and a the seamless installation of a great product. The company did an outstanding job. The owner communicated every step in the process and all interactions were professional. Although my home is an older home with many issues, the installation of the AC, whole house fan, and water heater went off without a hitch and the entire project was completed in the time they specified. I especially liked that the owner organized and communicated with other contractors needed to complete my project. They were professional as well, but dealing with too many different people can be confusing and complicated. Jeff went out of his way to keep the process simple and convenient for me and my schedule. I have an elderly father who resides in his own home, but I am financially responsible for him. I was very worried when the 25 year old air conditioner went out in the house. I shopped around and got a couple of bids. This company was the most amenable to my busy schedule for a review of the bid/plan. Also, they came in a little lower than the other companies I got bids from. I was very pleased with the timeliness and quality of the work. My father was very grateful too.
